This
is Paul's Professional Window Cleaning, not Andy's Amateur Window
Cleaning. Webster's dictionary defines professionalism one of three
ways. Let me quote, "Professionalism: participating for gain
or livelihood in an activity or field of endeavor often engaged in
by amateurs." This could not be more true in the window cleaning
industry today.
Even
from the beginning, Paul has always maintained the highest standards
of professionalism to his customers. Our creed is to give the best
possible service a customer can get by being professional, friendly,
courteous, and honest; every day, on every job.
Our mission
is to be the best residential window cleaning company in the nation.
We know that we have to prove this to each and every customer we do,
everyday. Paul personally oversees and trains each of his employee's
and instills in them how important it is to portray a professional
image.
Paul
started his business with his last $15, a bucket, some ammonia, and
a gas station squeegee. Twenty-one years later Paul's Professional
Window Washing Inc. is setting the standard in the industry in Los
Angeles, California. He is one of the largest residential window cleaning
companies in California. Paul has served on the Board of Directors
for the International Window Cleaning Association. He has been a national
consultant for other window cleaners and has written numerous articles
in the American Window Cleaning magazine. Paul has always strived
to help his fellow window cleaners in any way he can, especially in
portraying a positive, professional image to our customers.
My dad
always asked one simple yet very difficult thing from me, "Do
your best, your very best son." As I have grown, I have found
doing your best, your very best, is the hardest thing you can do.
