- Paul
Dutton began by writing the most controversial article
for the AmericanWindow Cleaner, "Lets Raise Our Prices".
Rich Fabry says it received more response than any other
article in the magazine to date. Paul has written articles
on Business Planning, Residential Bidding, Professionalism
and more over the last four years.
- He
was the keynote speaker for the Western Regional Conference
in Sacramento
in 1992, speaking on the importance of "Why a Business
Plan".
- Paul
was a professional speaker and contributed to a four hour
workshop/seminar on Business Planning for the 1993 IWCA
Florida convention.
- Speaker
at the IWCA convention in Reno in 1994, speaking on "Residential
Window Cleaning".
- Paul
has been a consultant for ten years and specializes in
"Business Planning" packages designed specifically for
window cleaners. He has focused his consulting efforts
just for window cleaners in the past four years.
- He
currently offers consulting services and packages for
window cleaning companies
across the nation.
- He
has developed three consulting packages: Business Planning,
Operations Management and Residential A to Z.
- Has
owned and operated his own residential company in Los
Angeles since 1981.
He has served as a member of the IWCA.
Elected to the Board of Directors for the IWCA in 1996.
